Position includes handling all payable for company requirements including Overhead, Construction Draws and Service accounts. Heavy work with Lien Releases and waivers. PO system and delivery ticket verifications. Communicating with vendors through written and oral methods with precision and accuracy. Verification of all paperwork for accuracy. Posting all payable into system using Sage Software (Peachtree Accounting).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years experience in Accounts Payable
- Microsoft and Excel experience
- Lien Release experience
- Organized and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
