Position includes performing billing for all divisions of company: Contract Work includes Draw payments and contract management. Maintenance includes monthly billing with add on revenue streams, Service department bills daily on a Time and Materials basis and Enhancements bills separately. Research and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in monthly closings. Prepares analysis of any account needed. Performs copying, filing, scanning and faxing. Performs all other projects and assists ownership as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Word, Excel and Sage Accounting (Peachtree Accounting). Ability to communicate through verbal and written word to customers, vendors and employees. Bilingual a plus. Ability to collect monies billed in a timely fashion through follow up and consistency. Highly organized individual with follow through and ability to complete tasks on own.
